Over the past 25+ years, I've thrived on building partnerships between cybersecurity teams and the rest of organizations. Why take this route? Well, I have found that all employees, regardless of department or role, have the power to be great stewards of security.

This is where the "healthy paranoia" comes in. By working together, all employees can do a lot more than simply following security guidelines. They can become guards, protecting companies from potential threats.
